Happy National Rescue Dog Day to all the lucky dogs out there, especially to the inspiration behind Ludlow- sweet Cora. Cora was rescued in 2019 from . She is the reason we are passionate about helping the animals at CACC as much as possible.

Please think about fostering or adopting- there are so many GREAT pets waiting at the shelter!

It’s the perfect spring day to try our newest special- the strawberries and cream latte! Can you go wrong with that flavor combination? We don’t think so!

We are celebrating spring a bit early and bringing one of our most popular drink specials back! We use our house made honey lavender syrup to create this masterpiece. Come on and get yours starting today!

We want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who participated in our pet supply drive. Your donations made it to today and are ready to be put to use by all the animals at CACC. The generosity of our Ludlow community blows us away and we are so grateful for you all❤️

Clear the Shelters: Lincoln Park coffee shop helps find homes for rescue dogs As you may know, animal shelters here in Chicago and across the country are dealing with huge overcrowding issues, and are in desperate need of help. There’s a doggie-themed coffee shop in Lincoln Park that is doing its part. Our LeeAnn Trotter has this Clear the Shelters report.

We will be in front in of the shop with some of and and some amazing dogs who are searching for their new family! We will have tents set up to keep everyone dry if the rain sticks around.

Save the date! Our next adopt-a-dog event has been scheduled for Sunday, 6/11/23 from 12-3pm. Come grab a coffee and meet some of the wonderful dogs at . The event will take place in front of the shop.

As always, any dog adopted from this event will have their portrait added to our prestigious wall of adopted pets. We can’t wait to see you there!

Our single origin iced coffee is back for the summer! We are kicking it off with the Mpemba Burundi- it has a light, sun -dried strawberry citrus flavor. Nice and refreshing on this warm day!
