1/2 cup corn
1/2 jalapeño (seedless)
1/2 cup broccoli (cooked or frozen)
1/2 packet McCormicks Fajita seasoning (prepared)
1cup rice pilaf5cup sweet potato w/brown sugar Splenda and 1tbsp unsalted butter

Homemade dark chocolate chip banana bread (Sooooo good 😋)
3 very ripe bananas
1/3 cup unsalted butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
1 egg
1/2 cup truvia brown sugar
1/8 cup Splenda
2 Tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cup oat flour (oatmeal and food processor)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
I got the recipe from https://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/banana_bread/ but modified to try and make it a bit healthier.
My hubby has to be on a certain diet until his surgery, I decided to jump on the band wagon! It was so good!
