A magical night to see the Olympic cauldron here in Paris. Set in the Tuilleries garden, it is a beacon of unity and symbol of dreams. So many languages were spoken around us as we gazed at it, humbling. Paris has been extremely welcoming, lots of volunteers at metro stops, venues. Restaurants and cafes lots of availability. Grateful for my Olympic experience

Our evoo family is expanding! Excited to announce the arrival of Acushla from Portugal. Our daughter and husband had the opportunity to meet with Producer Joaquin this past summer. This beautiful organic oil is from the Tras-os-montes region.
We also added Istriana from Croatia, a lovely Organic from Istria. Both available on line and in store.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet Lorenzo Mancini yesterday in the store. Mancini pasta, a beautiful estate pasta grown, harvested, milled, pasta produced and packaged in the heart of the Le Marche region of Italy! Used by Michelin chefs around the 🌎! taste the difference. In store and online

They grow up so fast😉! Still thinking about the magical 2 weeks spent in Africa. We were told we may leave Africa, but Africa will never leave you. So true! Stop in to City Olive to see some cute little animal spoons I picked up while there!

If you have stopped into City Olive ( and we hope you have!), you may have noticed for the last 2 weeks, Stephanie and I were missing in action. A huge shout out of thanks to Erika and Claire for doing a tremendous job! We have been on an experience of a lifetime to Kenya and Tanzania. Beautiful kind people, delicious fresh foods and animals...just wow! Heading home now and look forward to sampling the many New Harvests estate bottles extra virgin olive oil that arrived this past week. Stop in for a taste.
