Current NFL Running Back is an Eagle Scout and Recruiting Ambassador, Scouting is Cool :)

Meet the NFL running back who’s now an official Scouting America ambassador David Montgomery of the Detroit Lions says Scouting gave him the skills and discipline that it takes to succeed in all aspects of life.

Saturday October 19th, at 5pm will be the Blue Mass at St. Stans. Scouts from Troop 17 will conduct Flag Ceremony.

This past Saturday we celebrated another Eagle Court of Honor for Robert J . Thank you to guest speaker Major General Alex and the rest of the great ceremonialists who witnessed the celebration.

Troop 17 held a mock trial tonight as part of a month long preparation by all scouts to prepare as lawyers witnesses and thanks to the jury of 10 parents who were split on the decision and found the defendant not guilty. Congratulations to all the youth for earning the Law merit badge awarded by Judge Dewitt , special thanks to Doug for putting on this merit badge clinic . See courtroom sketches
