Keeping that rotating menu a rotating...If you like our brisket and our standard Medley Burger, which is cooked on our flat top grill, I think you will love our SMOKED Medley Burger. This is over 1/2lb of our fresh ground Angus Brisket, seasoned and smoked to perfection. Served on a toasted bun with two slices of American cheese, grilled onions and pickles. Available only today after 1130am!!!

This was the test sammich for today. I have some pickled peppers that we're going to work into the meat pile of mushrooms and onions mixed with Monterey cheese and then finished with our house made pepper jack queso...available only today!!!

I already know how this is going to go but...

Tomorrow only...Smoked Brisket Philly is byke!!! Going to make the cheesiest version yet...house made pepper jack cheese sauce with sweet peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

My main focus the past two years has been to create our identity and grow the business. I really think we have a larger story to tell that probably can't be fully told via IG reels and FB posts. Several members of the team had to travel out of town for two important family events so we had to modify hours (1-7pm today), and are operating with a very small crew and a limited menu. If you experience any extensive delays or issues with orders, please don't hesitate to reach out to me so that we can address. We didn't want to close down for a full weekend, and figured this will would be an alternative. Back in full force with regular hours on Tuesday!
