We had the opportunity to photograph a beautiful new space this morning. This specific space is already spoken for, the new tenant is moving in this weekend! However, the building has invested in more new spec suites so if you’re in the market 200 W Madison is definitely worth checking out. Their new amenities floor is gorgeous too - BOD took photos of that space too and we will share soon!

Unique factor: As Spring and warmer weather approaches (please come soon!), keep the Aon Center’s beautiful new plaza in mind for meeting up with coworkers/friends. Located on the south side of the building, on nice days it gets drenched in warm sunlight.

The staff at 191 are amazing and generally the people throughout the building are awesome, all full of smiles and hellos - truthfully we’ve met the nicest people all around the city of Atlanta. From Costco to coffee shops to Irish Pubs and more, the friendliest folks you could imagine.

The city has its issues to be sure, but there is beauty out there.
