Spring is the time of growth and renewal. The energy of the earth is pushing up and out just like the buds and sprouts that are emerging. To be in tune with this energy and the Wood element, start to stretch and move your body more. The Wood element rules the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, so stretching the sides of the body are especially helpful. The greens and sprouts that are emerging now are good for moving the Liver Qi and this is the best time to detox with juices from dandelion and other greens.
