We are a small, family owned plumbing shop and we are looking for a responsible part time office manager to do typical office manager functions and general adminstrative duties. Some experience in an office environment would be nice, but is not required.

Office manager work includes:
Answering phones / talking with customers
Scheduling appointments
Processing credit card orders
Making and sending invoices to clients
Filing and organizational skills
Call payroll in to payroll company each 2 weeks
Multi-tasker
Any social media marketing skills would be great

Looking for a long term responsible, energetic individual
Ability to use a computer to email receipts is required
Experience with Quickbooks is nice, but not required
Help renew various licenses, bonds, and insurance annually
The work is varied and interesting

The work schedule is flexible. Our previous office manager found that 20 - 30 hours per week was a good amount of time to do the job effectively. You could work five 5 hour days, or 3 eight hour days - we are flexible. No weekends or holidays. Not able to be done remotely.

Absolutely not required, but if the applicant is able to help out with light plumbing work, it could really add to the value of the applicant (and make this a full time job).
