Closing out a week journeying through some absolutely stunning coffees in 🇧🇷.

I had the privilege to serve as a judge at the 25th anniversary of the alongside some brilliant coffee folks from around the globe.

Our assignment was to taste, score and award coffee growers who’ve worked tirelessly to produce the highest quality they can muster up—and let me tell you—they did a damn fine job.

Along the way I made some amazing new friends, ate some fantastic food and was inspired to continue on the journey to do coffee well.

Hoping to bring some home to you all come December when the coffee is set to ship out.

Maybe we’ll hold a tasting event.

This amazingly tasty and cohesive concoction combines chili, lime & corn into a syrup that is mixed into a shot of espresso & steamed milk & then topped with cotija cheese & chili salt.

This one is special. It’s a variation of a raspberry cheesecake recipe by that we’ve portioned into individual cupcake servings.

We’ve been serving this at the store for a few months now and the feedback has been fantastic. So, starting tomorrow we’ll be serving it at The Coffee Studio in and also at our store.

Yep. That’s right. We’re in this pumpkin game, too. ‘Tis the season, right. Especially so on such a dreary day like today.

This one’s made entirely from scratch—just like grammas pumpkin pie is every year for the grateful feast.

The latte includes real pumpkin purée spiced with Saigon cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves and is sweetened with brown sugar. Mix some espresso & steamed milk in (unless you prefer to have it iced) and there you have it. We call it the Pumpkin Patch Latte because using real pumpkin really elevates the drink and brings back memories of strolling through the patch.

Available now through Thanksgiving.

So….our Logan spot is officially open for business. We are in a soft phase of opening for the next week or two as we get staffed up and install some delayed equipment. That said, about 92% of our menu is live.

We’ve launched a scratch ice cream program with three current flavors ( ) and many more to come.

The scratch baked goods come from our store and are baked and delivered fresh daily.

Grab a seat at a bar stool for sit down service or put an order in at the register.

We’re super excited to be back in Logan and thankful for the warm welcome from those who have been in already.
