We are excited to welcome Brewmaster Mark Duchow to our Adams Street Brewery team! Mark has over 30 years of experience. He has been awarded over 100 medals for brewing excellence in national and world competitions.

His favorite beer and food pairing? The Game Sausage and Open Czech Pilsner.

Mark's favorite beer on our current tap list? Well, too hard to choose! It all depends on the day and how he feels.

If there was a beer Mark could brew with no regards to cost or production sales, it would be a Baltic Porter.

Our brewmasters Jim and Mark are working on a saison for the summer.

Mark is currently on vacation in Brussels, with that, he has had the opportunity to taste several saisons from Belgium.

Ah!! We know, work, work, work. What else can we say, he loves his job!
