Join Lustau US Brand Ambassador Steven Dragun for a Masterclass on one of the world’s most treasured but misunderstood wine categories: Sherry.

Paired with small bites from Mama Delia’s Bib Gourmand kitchen, Mr. Dragun will lead a complimentary tasting through several expressions of Bodegas Lustau’s core range of wines to tell the story of what makes sherry so unique. Link in bio to reserve your spot.

Bib Gourmand awarded Mama Delia will offer a four course pre-fix menu of Chef selected dishes to pair with the wines of Gonzales Byass. The unique dining experience will highlight sherry as the “world’s best food wine” and showcase the creative culinary offerings of Chicago’s premiere Spanish restaurant.

TOMORROW we’ll be vibing to 80’s & 90’s music while drinking vintage wine from Caves São João. For guest who order food, we’re serving $15 glasses of Porta dos Cavaleiros Dão Reserva Tinto 1989 and Poco de Lobo Baga 1994 & 1996. Tunes provided by the best in the biz
