New wine for your Wine Wednesday: Bricks & Roses Rose (Klinker Brick). Certified Green Sustainable Winegrowing. A blend of 34% Grenache, 32% Mouvedre, 17% Syrah and 17% Carignane sourced from estate vineyards. Provence-style Rose (pale pink wine made with a whole cluster press and no skin contact). Notes of strawberry guava, and a hint of grapefruit lead into a crisp and refreshing texture.

Now on draft: Illuminated Brew Works Watermelon Gun. Farmhouse-Style Ale brewed with Keffir lime leaves and re-fermented on watermelon.

Now on draft: Wandering Monsters + Hop Butcher for the World (collab) Monster Chili Cheese Coney. This double IPA is loaded up with oats and wheat before getting Citra T90 and Citra Dynaboost in the whirlpool. A big dry hop of Citra and Riwaka boost the tangerine, mango and passion fruit notes before a late addition of Freestyle Kohia Nelson Subzero Hop Kief adds complexity and a top layer of passion fruit and lime.

Now on draft: Samuel's Smith Organic Cider. Bright straw-gold with excellent clarity, this medium-dry sparkling cider has a light body with a clean apple flavor and a gentle apple blossom finish. Made at a small independent British brewery, which also happens to be the oldest in brewery in Yorkshire.

Happy Wine Wednesday! Recent addition to our wine list: Presqu’ile Winery Pinot Noir. Small family-owned winery; designed and planted to create a diverse tapestry of vineyard blocks. Sustainably certified vineyards feature an array of clones, exposures, and elevations. Hand harvested, low brix, minimal use of new oak. Notes of red cherry, cola, forest floor, and herbal tea; smooth, silky, and complex.

Now on draft: Allagash Little Sal (sour ale aged with blueberries). To make Little Sal, brewers added Maine wild lowbush blueberries to a barrel-aged sour red ale. The resulting beer is dark violet in color, with earthy aromas of blueberry and oak. Its flavor is juicy, tart, and unmistakably blueberry: a true taste of Maine.

From its boldly-flavored parentage, the apple bursts with the character of bing cherries, lemon-lime soda, and bubble gum. It is bright, fruity, and fun. 75% Jonagrimes and 25% Gala. New wine for your Wine Wednesday: Tan Fruit Wines Petite Tan Fruit Chardonnay (2022). Grapes are sourced primarily from Willamette, Umpqua and Columbia Valley appellations. Perfumed with notes of young peach, crushed stones and savory herbs. Hints of citrus and white pit fruits, decidedly savory, with a saline mineral tinge that forms toward the close. It finishes crisply refreshing yet long and potent, leaving a spicy touch.
Now on draft: Nik & Ivy The Lake Life. Blueberry Wheat Ale. This beer is full of fresh blueberry aroma and flavor with a touch of vanilla and hops to compliment the fruitiness. Easy drinking summertime crusher.
