Last week, our CEO, Chris Gersch, joined an insightful panel at the regional TEPA Conference in Chicago. Titled "Achieving Sustainability: Goals, Strategies, and Partnerships”, Chris shared insights with industry leaders like moderator Kristen Fornes from ENGIE, Brandon Gomez from Grainger, and Rachel Schneide from Molson Coors Beverage Company. The panel discussed the customer journey towards sustainability, sharing best practices and success stories. From setting specific objectives to implementing strategies, the conversation highlighted the vital role of energy professionals in driving sustainable progress.

☀ This past week Navigate Power and Verde Solutions hosted an engaging regional sales meeting at our Chicago office, bringing together our midwest energy consultants (Boston, Detroit, and Texas meetings to come later this year)! We're thrilled to announce our latest solar project at Cristo Rey St. Martin College Prep in Waukegan, Illinois! This incredible installation features 900 solar modules, delivering a powerful 450 KW of clean energy on a ballasted rooftop system. And here's the best part: there isn't a single mechanical attachment or pe*******on required for this massive rooftop solar array!

This prestigious honor recognizes the top solar contractors in the United States, celebrating their contributions to the renewable energy industry. Verde Solutions recently celebrated another Solarbration at C. Cretors and Company, a pioneer in the popcorn and concession food industry. 574 modules were installed atop their 98,000 square foot facility which will produce over 10,849,107 kWh over its lifespan. Andrew Cretors, President of C. Cretors, spoke to the employees about this project that solidified their commitment to sustainability and cost-efficiency. City of Wood Dale Mayor Nunzio Pulice also attended and emphasized the benefits of solar energy for the community. Verde Solutions CEO Chris Gersch noted that C. Cretors had the foresight to invest not only in their business, but the community as a whole. Verde Solutions Presents C. Cretors Solarbration

Verde Solutions is proud to put a spotlight on a roof and ground array solar system that has been energized since February of this year! Aiming to increase their use of renewable energy to further their environmental stewardship, Tiger Coatings North America collaborated with Verde to design and install a comprehensive solar energy system at their St. Charles, Illinois manufacturing facility. The 1,778 solar panels will produce 35,081,426 kWh over 30 years, equivalent to CO2 savings of 2,790,882 gallons of gasoline! New Home Star, a growing company that has revolutionized the sales process for new homes for builders, has taken a large step towards sustainability at their corporate headquarters, situated in the historic downtown of Elmhurst, Illinois. Last week Verde Solutions was proud to help them celebrate their commitment to environmental stewardship and cost savings with a Solarbration ribbon cutting!

Waste Water facilities are the backbone of our communities, yet their energy demands are significant. Recognizing this, The Village of Minooka made a visionary move by harnessing solar power on unused land. Not only does this decision save on costs, but it also contributes to a cleaner, greener future.

For over a century, C. Cretors and Company has been a trailblazer in the popcorn and concession food equipment sector. When they approached Verde Solutions to help in their endeavors to offset electricity costs while supporting sustainability at their Wood Dale facility, we were thrilled to take the lead. 574 solar panels were installed atop their 98,000 square foot facility. This will produce 10,849,107 KWH over its lifespan, which is equivalent to 383,514 trees planted.

Installer: Fresh Coast Solar

Verde Solutions, in collaboration with development partner BA Solutions and installation company Fresh Coast Solar, is thrilled to announce our latest project with The Village of Minooka, Il Waste Water Treatment Plant in their commitment to sustainability! Their new ground mount solar system, featuring 2,100 Modules and 7 Inverters, marks a significant step towards renewable energy solutions for the community. The projected savings of $533,549 over 25 years is not just impressive, but a testament to the power of solar energy in driving long-term financial benefits and environmental stewardship.

The Verde Solutions and Navigate Power teams came together to sleigh the holiday season for an epic ugly sweater party! It was great to celebrate the spirit of togetherness, laughter, and the fantastic company culture we’ve built together. Sending joy and holiday vibes to all!

Verde Solutions celebrated another Solarbration at 2657 N. Clybourn Avenue in Chicago. The rooftop solar panel system is estimated to produce 887,784 kWh over its 30 year lifespan. This is equivalent to 70,627 gallons of gasoline and 214 tons of waste recycled instead of landfilled! Also installed was a commercial solar plus battery storage system.
