We will be ready to bring the taste that inspired it all, Our elevated version of the underrated Puerto Rican Hot Dog and some other fun Latina American-Chicago inspired glizzies!

NEW ADDITION: Our VEGAN Jibara will showcase a plant-based Boricua picadillo, vegan Mayoketchup and our house Vegan "Cheddar Cheese" sauce with all of the fixings of the classic, fully loaded "Jibara".

Excited to announce The Glizzness is adding a new Vegan Boricua Dog to our Food pop-up at Fiesta Boricua Chicago this Labor Day weekend! I’m subbing our Pink Sauce, Cheddar Sauce, Puerto Rican ground beef toppings for Vegan substitutions!

I need help with selecting a trusted vegan dog brand! Any recommendations that you swear by?

El Holdó: Home of the Puerto Rican Hot Dog!

A Puerto Rican Crillo Hot Dog is a Carribean street cart favorite found on busy city' corner's all across the island. We keep the integrity of an authentic "holdo" with Chicago influences. We top locally produced, firm and juicy, Vienna Beef Hot dogs with traditional picadillo (Puerto Rican seasoned ground beef) for a meaty base. Next, our holdo is topped with Sauerkraut and Sweet Sautéed Onion to compliment the savory meat and spices. We then drizzle our house mixed MayoKetchup (Garlic Mayonnaise and Ketchup Sauce) and Cheese sauces and finish our holdo with a sprinkle of Shoestring Potatoes to add some dimension with a crispy texture.
