Congratulations to Michael Park for winning Rising’s quarterly Elevate Award for “Process Improvement/Innovation.” Michael received four separate nominations in this category, underscoring the pivotal role he played in both migrating Rising’s ERP system to a new platform and restructuring how updates are made to our RFP content library. Leading with his signature composure and project management acumen, Michael streamlined processes, enhanced functionality and improved the user experience, resulting in significant time and cost savings for internal stakeholders. Michael's innovative solutions and meticulous analysis reflect his dedication to driving positive change and operational efficiencies across the organization.

With her silly jokes and mad meme skills, Jennifer’s ability to make colleagues laugh is matched only by her bill review expertise and level of dedication. Her cheerful personality not only brightens her officemates’ days but also enhances team cohesion and productivity.

From new hire training to daily operational administration, Karen is the back-office linchpin for our field case management practice. This past Monday, Rising's Michael Harley took to the links for the 2024 FrankCrum Invitational at Innisbrook Resort. This annual event, benefitting Feeding Tampa Bay - Trinity Cafe, has raised more than $1,000,000 since its inception. Twenty-five years ago today, Rising Medical Solutions opened its doors. What began as a two person operation in a tiny office in Des Plaines, IL now employs 200+ team members working in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana offices, as well as virtually across the US.

In celebration of our silver anniversary, we’ll be serving up monthly videos sharing highlights of our history. But for today, we want to pause to thank our many clients, partners, and employees who’ve helped us reach this milestone. We love what we do and are ever grateful for the relationships and community we’ve built together.

With “Create Ecstatic Customers'' as one of Rising’s seven core values, service excellence is in our cultural DNA. Using prompts from a team-building program led by Will Guidara, best-selling author of "Unreasonable Hospitality," Rising team members met last week to strategize ways to enhance existing client touchpoints and identify new opportunities to connect with customers. It was a great two days of in-person brainstorming at our Chicago headquarters and we look forward to implementing many of the ideas shared in our ongoing pursuit to elevate the client experience.

Coats worn, glasses raised! Following a day-long summit to discuss Rising’s 2024 products & services roadmap, team members from Illinois, Minnesota, Colorado, Wisconsin & Florida braved Chicago’s freezing temperatures to enjoy some in-person socializing.

Kudos to Phil Allen for winning Rising’s quarterly Elevate Award for “Process Improvement/Innovation.” As the project lead for enhancing Rising’s Provider Scoring & Search capabilities, Phil incorporated feedback from Rising’s PPO Network/MPN administrators and Care Management nurses, as well as our clients, to expand this critical functionality, enabling users to quickly identify high-ranking providers based on multiple filtering criteria. These robust parameters expedite the delivery of quality care to patients, improving both functional and financial outcomes.

Congratulations to Suda Miller for winning Rising’s quarterly Elevate Award for “Diamonds, Not Coal,” which celebrates an employee who “tirelessly strives for excellence and the extraordinary in everything we do.” From managing our clinical accreditations to maintaining our extensive document management system to facilitating our quality management committee meetings, Suda’s contributions to Rising’s operational success cannot be overstated! Her organizational acumen, diligent oversight, and stellar relationship management skills ensure Rising is continually in compliance with ever-changing regulatory requirements and our staff are using the most up-to-date policies and procedures for optimal outcomes.

Congratulations to Tonya Bingham for winning Rising’s quarterly Elevate Award for “Energy that Inspires.” Lauded by colleagues for her servant leadership and ultra positivity, Tonya outdid herself orchestrating this year’s Customer Service Week festivities honoring her team. From personalized caricature trophies to virtual contests, Tonya engaged the entire company in celebrating the contributions of Rising customer service professionals who deliver support to our clients and providers daily. Way to lead by example, Tonya!
