Why is our matzo toffee different from all other matzo toffee?
Because all other matzo toffee is made from simply melting butter and sugar which creates a very sweet but not divine taste.
Our matzo toffee is house made using roasted almonds and browned butter to make toffee.
We make it, crush it, spread it, bake it, decorate it, wrap it, pack it. Tradition made better. •

Let there be light {a pack for peace in Israel} 🇮🇱💙🇮🇱
We were going to use our Hanukkah pack launching in November, but that is a celebratory pack, made with gold, coins and glitter signifying the of the miracle of light ( more about that in the Hanukkah pack)
Because Israel is currently literally fighting for her life, we created a special pack using the colors of the beautiful blue & white Israeli flag.
We wanted to capture the essence of Israel and although we love Israeli food, cookies made from za'atar, hummus and dates didn't make the final taste test!
If not now, when? If not us, who?
Profits from from 'Let there be light' will be donated to Magen Adom Israel's national EMS/ambulance service and to United Hatzalah which provides rapid medical treatment.
