Hey everyone, we’re so sorry to do this, but we have to close early today at 2pm. We had to send one barista home sick and another one has been in some pain and is barely hanging on. We’re operating on a skeleton crew today and there’s no way we can do our full hours today. It’s not fair to our team and it’s not fair to our customers.

Introducing our new Cold Brew Flight!

Available the month of August, this flight consists of (4) 5oz Cold Brewed beverages: Yeti’s Revenge (coffee), Passion Fruit Green Tea, a black tea, and an herbal tea. We rotate out the cold brew teas so the black and herbal tea will differ.

We cold brew our iced teas in the same way we Cold Brew our coffee; we steep our teas overnight in the fridge. This process allows the flavor to be extracted in a way that gives it a fuller taste without any of the bitterness you get with traditional iced teas.

These flights come unsweetened so you can experience their full flavor. However, you are welcome to add sweetener, milk, or Mango jellies if you would like.

Unlike previous flights, these do not require a reservation. They will be first come first serve and only a handful will be available at a time. We do require you to have a place to sit at the time of ordering.

Hey Chicago! The Botanical Cafe team will be taking a much needed week-long summer break this week. Starting Tuesday July 2nd through Tuesday July 9th.

We’ll be closing for a week so our team can rest, relax, and spend time with those they love.
