Cold therapy uses subzero temperatures to stimulate your body’s natural healing response. You can experience these benefits with a cold shower, ice bath, Lake Michigan, or even standing outside on the coldest day in Chicago! However, the most effective and safest way is with a Whole Body Cryotherapy chamber. Using vaporized nitrogen, our chamber reaches -250°F! You receive the benefits of cold therapy just 90 seconds into a Whole Body Cryotherapy treatment whereas with other forms of cold therapy are 10 minutes or greater. The exposure to subzero temperatures is intense but quick and dry!
