In this class, enjoy a cooking demonstration on how to prepare Cream of Butternut Squash Soup and Broccoli Raisin Salad. Registered attendees will be provided recipes and new culinary skills as well as information on caregiver support & resources, underscoring AARP’s commitment to improving the lives of caregivers.

July's topic will be about how you can protect yourself from mail fraud and the latest gift card scams. The speaker is Mary Johnson, public information officer at the Chicago branch of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.
