Chrissy's journey started as one of only four women in a class of 90 electrical engineering students at the University of Kansas. Today, Chrissy leads our industry teams at Milhouse, serving electric and gas utilities, telecom, and aviation.

Our CEO, Wilbur Milhouse III, knows the challenges of being underrepresented in , having been the only Black student in many of his classes. Today, Milhouse employs a 28% Black workforce and is determined to increase our 30% female representation to 40%. In the U.S., women comprise only 16% of all engineers today. We're dedicated to doing our part in changing this statistic.
