It's safe to say our obsession with lemon is very real. If you know one of our founders, .chicky, lemon bars (and even just lemon curd) is one of her all time favorite snacks. We created our marshmallow spin on this iconic treat using a soft gluten free sugar cookie base filled with our house made lemon curd -- topped it with our fluffy lemon marshmallow, and dipped everything in white chocolate for the perfect limited edition treat. 🍋🍋🍋
