Closing day! We closed on a 5 plex and a 6 unit trailer park today with our partner. Trailer park has 9 acres that we are able to expand on. We will immediately start rehabbing a unit in the 5 plex and replace a few roofs on the trailers. Excited to enter a new rental market to further assist our community!

11 units under contract with extra acreage to expand in the future. Entering another new market!

Tree week at Anderson’s Rental Properties. The emerald ash borer killed all of our ash trees. What a shame. Neighbors are taking theirs down at the end of the month as well. Looking like a new neighborhood now.

Closed on 4 more units today with our partners Ryan and Eva. Kaitlin and I decided it was time to add some lower income housing to our portfolio and help people with lower wages have affordable housing. Not the prettiest property, but it is solid and has a big yard for dogs.

Results are in for Volume One's "The Best of the Chippewa Valley 2023". Anderson's Rental Properties LLC got 1st place for Best Property Rental Company. Thanks to everyone who took time and voted. We are expecting immense growth this year and will continue to put our tenants before profits!
