Congratulations, April Wagner, for receiving the Rooney Foundation Scholarship. April was one of this year's recipients, along with Nataliz Arauz and Ava Wozney.

April is a part of the Rooney Property Management team, and she will be graduating this summer with a bachelor's degree in accounting. YAY APRIL! 😊

The Rooney Scholarship Fund awards scholarships to college-bound seniors and current college students based on demonstrated academic achievement and an interest in pursuing a field of study in healthcare, business, agriculture, engineering, or similar scientific/technical career. They believe that a great education is key to success in life and that students should have access to education regardless of financial status and without economic burden.

Our company is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Professional to assist in the day-to-
day operations of our property maintenance division. Job duties will consist of, but
not limited to, mowing, trimming, watering, fertilizing and care of plantings. The
ideal candidate must have a clean driving record, be self-motivated, detail oriented
and work well with others. This position will be Monday-Friday and will start in May
and continue until September or October.
