🍁 Remeber to change your filter. It takes more energy to run your unit with a dirty filter.
🍁 Remove any leaves or debris around the unit.
🍁 Adjust your thermostat accordingly to the cooler temperatures
🍁 And don’t get caught on the coldest day with no heat, schedule your preventative maintenance sooner than later and cut down on future repair cost.

TIPS FOR YOUR HEATING SYSTEM THIS WINTER ❄️☃️:
1. CHECK YOUR FILTER ✅
You should be doing this all-year round, but this is a reminder to do so even through these winter months. The filter is the most important part of the system to you, as a homeowner, to maintain. Your filter is the health of your whole system.
2. MAINTENANCE ✅
Schedule your annual maintenance checkup. This can prevent breakdowns, especially during cold spells and keep your system running at full efficiency this winter.
3. SET YOUR THERMOSTAT AND REPLACE BATTERIES✅
Save money and energy this winter by setting your thermostat on a reasonable temperature. 68 Degrees is a recommended temperature to have programmed at these times. Also, remember to replace your thermostat batteries and prevent having to replace your whole thermostat due to corrosion from not changing your thermostat batteries out.
4. REMOVE OBSTRUCTIONS✅
Leave room for airflow by removing obstructions. Make sure to clear debris out of the way, such as branches and leaves within two feet of your condenser in order for it to run the most efficient this winter. Make sure to also make sure furniture isn't blocking air vents inside your home.
