Today, I got to visit our sweet girl Yana. She is a 2-year-old, 35 lbs Labrador mix. Yana is spayed, dewormed, vaccines up to date, potty and crate trained, and learning to walk on leash. She does well with other dogs, cats unknown, young children friendly. She loves to play, but is calm and very clean. Yana is a true gem and will be a wonderful addition to your family. Remember Spots? It has been a long road, but after many months she is finally healthy and ready for her furever family. Since we last introduced her to you guys and numerous vet visits, she is recovered from the laundry list of conditions she had when we rescued her last year. Sadly, she had to have an eye enucleation due to ehrlichia irreparably damaging her left eye optic nerve.
Spots is now 1 year and 4 months old and weighs 35 lbs. She is now fully vetted, spayed, crate trained, and playful.
She gets along with other dogs, cats unknown, younger children are ok.

Meet Winston. He is 3 years old, 35 lbs.
Neutered, dewormed, and vaccines up to date.
Winston exerts dominance with smaller size dogs or puppies. But, he gets along with medium, or same size dogs.
Cats unknown. Older children preferred.
He is also crate trained and learning to walk on a leash. Winston prefers to keep to himself, but does interact well with other dogs. Prefers to eat inside his crate and needs a space or area for safety.

Winston was rescued from a severe abuse and neglect situation. Animal control removed him due to lack of shelter, sanitary environment, and evident lack of food and water.

Winston was chained to an outer wall with a chain around his neck so short that kept him on his hind legs day and night.

Winston prefers someone who is very patient, kind, and positively redirect behaviors. Also, someone who has the experience and/or knowledge of dealing with a rescued, abused dog.

Winston has the most gentle eyes, you will fall in love with him the second you see into them. Bearing in mind all the abuse he endured, Winston is such a lovable dog who only wants to be loved, treated with kindness, and a furever family. This stunning mix breed female is 1.5 years old and 45 lbs of pure happiness. Tess is spayed, dewormed, and vaccines are up-to-date. She is good with other dogs, cats unknown. She is also crate trained and learning to walk on a leash. Tess was born on the streets, and sadly she is the only one that survived from her litter. Tess is smart and witty as she survived over one year scavenging for food. She deserved a loving present and future. Remember Niko? He was rescued from a gas station, where he arrived severely matted and extremely neglected begging for food. This stunning Maltese Poodle mix is 3 years old and 35 lbs. He is neutered, dewormed, and vaccines are up-to-date.
Niko is crate trained and learning to walk on a leash. He is reactive to brooms and threatening movements. Gets along with dogs, cats unknown, young children friendly. Seriously, isn’t Maxi cute? This adorable Poodle mix fluff ball is only 1.5 years old and 13 lbs. Great age and size for a first pet or a small living situation. Maxi is spayed, dewormed, and vaccines up-to-date. She is crate trained and learning to walk on a leash. She gets along with other dogs, great with young kids, cats unknown. Yana is an absolutely beautiful 2-year-old 35 lb. Labrador mix. She has a clean bill of health: spayed, dewormed, and vaccines up-to-date. Yana is crate trained and learning to walk on a leash. She gets along with other dogs, cats unknown, young children yes. Yana was rescued October 2023, on a late Saturday night when she approached a bystander seeking help as she couldn’t deliver her puppies because one puppy was stuck in her birth canal. We knew she needed immediate medical, or she would die that same night. All stars aligned and within a few hours she was at an emergency vets office. Sadly, all unborn puppies were deceased and to complicate her situation more, the emergency veterinarian did not clean and sutured Yana properly. This caused a severe internal infection with boils and boils of puss. She was rushed to a trusted vet, at least two more times. In all honestly, we were unsure if she was going to pull through. Fast forward a few months, and Yana is healthy, full of life, and super playful. Yana is looking for a loving, caring home. After everything that she went through, she deserves it. Scooby is a 7-year-old 60 lbs absolutely gorgeous fur ball. This handsome lapdog is an alpha and must be the only male dog in the home. Females are ok, cats unknown, young children unknown, but he is great with older children and teenagers. Scooby is neutered, vaccines up to date, dewormed, is crate trained and used to sleep inside the house in his crate. He is an excellent company dog who does not bark. Meet Candy, a beautiful Sheppard mix tripod. She is 11 months old and 55 lbs. of pure joy. Candy is spayed, dewormed, and vaccines are up-to-date. She loves car rides and playing with toys. Today, I visited Onyx at the emergency vet where he has been for almost one week. He’s on a feeding tube and very weak, but today for the first time in 2 weeks, he stood up. We prayed, listened to music, and had a one-sided conversation. We cannot thank enough for their care and support. Please keep Onyx in your prayers, as he is still fighting for his life.

Max was relinquished by his elderly owner a few months ago, as she could no longer take care of him. He hadn’t been bathed in months, was severely matted, and smelled horrible. Max is only 2 years old and was officially adopted today. We couldn’t not be happier for Max! Rough start, but wonderful life detour. Thank you Moni for giving Max a forever family. Sra. Anita for always helping and supporting us with our rescues.

We are beyond happy that two of our rescues have been recently adopted. We work diligently throughout the entire rescue, vetting, to adoption process. Some take a few months, others take almost 2 years to find their furever family. Regardless of the time, we feel blessed to be part of their journey.

🚨🚨 update on Winston: he is now eating… a lot!!! Which is a good sign. He is still not wanting to sleep inside a crate but we are in no hurry. Winston is now interacting with our other dogs, and takes treats abs hugs from our foster. He is under medication and has vet Appointment next week for follow up. Thank you to our friends who donated!!! Winston says I wuff you !!!
