👏🏾 Meet Stephen Evangelista! Our Vocal + Music Director here at Maraya Performing Arts.

From working in the theater at San Diego State University – where he is studying vocal pedagogy, to coming to teach at ...

😇 We are so blessed!

Stephen has worked as a piano 🎹 accompanist for the Vocal Program at Bonita Vista High School, and is a crew member and works audio visuals for various community theater productions and churches throughout San Diego County.

Stephen performs annually in December Nights choir ensemble and tree lighting ceremony.

😘 CONFIDENT KIDS MAKE CONFIDENT ADULTS!

That's one of the big takeaways from this Casting Panel Session that we delivered for our community of parents and rising stars.

Actors at have the opportunity to perform in front of an audience, casting directors, and talent agents - building confidence and leadership skills which will serve them throughout their entire lives.

Casting Director, Kim Heil supported us in this session which was invaluable.

Wow is all we can say... what an experience
