Our anniversary celebrations continue this week, our invited guest chef is Sergio Garcia from . He will be popping up in the truck Saturday 4pm to 8pm. Sergio is a G, his project caters many events and they make amazing vegetarian and non vegetarian tacos. We met Sergio when we started. After some time that we started, killed a Lamb in front of everybody at some fancy calle hat event . People were so pi**ed! He saved that Lamb for us and in the back of , we threw an event called Lamb Jam where Sergio and chef made some amazing , high end meals. We were Barry getting started in this food truck business and everything was so exciting. I’m excited again to have Sergio working w us!

Happy birthday . Today is your third anniversary. Thanks for being so hot and breaking down all the time. Thank you for costing me everything I have to fix, breaking down again and repeat. I still love ya.

On May 5th, our beloved food truck project turns 3 years old. It’s been a crazy road and we are glad you have been part of it.
Covid has cancelled our big party plans but to celebrate we are inviting some of SD’s up and coming chefs that run their small businesses and we have made friends with in this crazy .
They will be cooking special dishes and selling out of our truck.

Times are indeed challenging, uncertain and downright scary at times but one thing is still certain, go above and beyond everyday. Today thanks to the generosity of a few, 200 healthcare workers were fed tacos plates in a local Hospital. A very special thanks to a wonderful woman, her beautiful family, friends and neighbors for making it possible. we give you our ten taco salute! She even got in the truck and helped us dish out the orders!
