We're thrilled to announce that the Village North final development plan, a culmination of years of hard work and dedication, has received unanimous approval from the West Chester Zoning Commission! The West Chester Township development features 91,000 square feet of retail and dining and iconic anchor tenant Whole Foods Market. We love welcoming new members to our team! Today, we had a fantastic lunch to officially introduce Alex to MSP. These lunches are a great way for new hires to connect with colleagues from different departments and share fun facts about themselves.

Our team got to celebrate our May new hires, Ella, Logan, Anneke, and Meg yesterday at a welcome lunch. We are so excited to have them on board. They have been great additions so far and it was a great opportunity for the rest of our office to get to know them!

Yesterday, we celebrated the grand opening of Gorman Park, a project MSP has passionately worked on since 2017. From the master plan to the final ribbon cutting, it’s been incredible to see this vision come to life. A big thank you to the Sharonville Parks & Recreation Department for believing in MSP and allowing us to help create their vision together. And to all the families and furry friends who joined us in the fun, here’s to many more years of community joy and recreation!

We are thrilled to announce that our Probasco Auditorium project at The University of Cincinnati has been honored with the "Preservation Excellence in Adaptive Reuse" Award by the Cincinnati Preservation Association! This project was a collaboration with the University of Cincinnati to revitalize the historic Second Church of Christ Scientist, a 1921 landmark in Clifton, into a lecture hall for UC. Our goal was to preserve its neoclassical Greek Revival architecture while updating it for modern use.

Thanks to our team, The Preview Group, GOP Limited, Harris Architects, Harvey Marshall Berling Associates, Prater Engineering Associates, Facilities Management & Planning Services, and ICB Audio and Video, who contributed to making this project a success.

Yesterday marked the conclusion of our incredible training sessions with Clark Schaefer Strategic HR. We wrapped up the program with an exciting team-building afternoon. We engaged in various exercises that helped us get to know each other better and work together more effectively. These activities not only helped create a stronger internal bond but also equipped us with tools to improve our client interactions.

Union Township unveils ambitious redevelopment plans for Eastgate Mall Planners brought in by leaders in Union Township, unveiled their plans for the future of Eastgate Mall.

Yesterday, Randal Merrill led an enlightening session for our team's 'MSP Midday Masterclass Series' on our Eastgate Mall District Master Plan project. Randy shared insights spanning the collaboration with partners Smith Gee Studio, W-ZHA, and Benken & Associates, to the proposal and interview stages, community engagement process, and the ultimate vision. It was a great opportunity for cross-departmental engagement and in-depth discussion on this long-term endeavor.

MSP is proud to say, that Anneke Hoskins, our brilliant Master's Architecture student and project designer, unveiled her thesis presentation yesterday. Dive into "The Lunkenheimer Foundry: A Study in Industrial Reuse," an exploration of adaptive reuse strategies. Anneke's visionary project brought new life into the abandoned Lunkenheimer Foundry, aiming to integrate it into a revitalized, walkable urban mixed-used space.

Her project proposes new designs that work within the existing structure, aiming to reintegrate the foundry into the community's walkable urban plans. Using an insertion style of architecture, Anneke's design allows for both adaptability and mobility in creative spaces. Today our team joined the rest of the states in the "path of totality" to view the eclipse. Solar eclipses happen once in a blue moon...luckily we have survey equipment on hand to get these great photos!

Breaking ground with Doyle Hughes Development at Parkside in Lebanon! Our Executive Vice President, Rich Arnold, joined in the groundbreaking ceremony, marking the beginning of an exciting project that will feature extensive greenspace, walking and bike trails, community retail, and various housing options. MSP is proud to have provided civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture services for this 277-acre mixed-use development.
