Allez Bakery in Over-the-Rhine will expand with new cafe - Cincinnati Business Courier The OTR bakery is bursting at the seams - so it will open a new cafe just down the street from its original space.

Be part of the funkiest parade to hit the streets of Over the Rhine! The Goats will be lined up and ready to go Friday March 1st, 2024 at 6:00pm. Get your friends together, build a float, get some bock-rageous costumes together and join the fun. Registration for floats/groups/marchers etc is open. As always we start in front of Arnold’s Bar and Grill on 8th Street and this year we will end at Old St. Mary’s Church on 13th Street where the Bock Beer will be blessed! New taco, margarita restaurant coming to Over-the-Rhine's Ziegler Park Yoli's features a 15-seat horseshoe bar and table seating inside, as well as two patios — one with dining tables and another with shuffleboard and other outdoor activities.

Yolis Poolhouse opening soon! Via Cincinnati Business Courier: “We love that it’s across the street from (Ziegler) park, yet still seems part of Main Street,” Lieb said in a news release. “We’re excited to bring another top-quality casual drinking and dining option to the Main Street entertainment district.”

Yoli’s will feature a 15-seat horseshoe bar surrounded by table seating as well as two outdoor patios – one for dining and one for shuffleboard and other activities.

Cincinnati mayor, police met with OTR business owners to discuss safety concerns in the area The mayor invited several OTR businesses that are on or near Main Street to a roundtable discussion to talk about concerns businesses have in the area.

Due to the demolition of the Davis Furniture building in the 1100 block of Main, Main Street OTR has been closed from Central Parkway and Main to 12th and Main (aka the 1100 block). The traffic calming effects from this closure are substantial.

Limiting traffic in the 1100 block of Main and converting the rest of Main from 12th to Liberty to 2-way traffic (like Vine Street as well as Main Street north of Liberty) has been a long-standing goal of the neighborhood. Perhaps Mayor ’s administration will take these ideas seriously and help solve a problem that has persisted for years.
