Shelterhouse offers the essentials – housing, help, hope – to people experiencing homelessness. As a part of their mission, they accept donations from the community - food, clothing, toiletries, etc. We will spend our time sorting through community donations and organizing the items. Our annual holiday party will return to 50 West Brewing on December 13th from 5:00-8:30pm! First drink and food will be provided! We'll also have the ice-rink reserved from 5:00-6:00pm, so come down and join!!

Join Give Back Cincinnati as we partner with Cincinnati Off-Road Alliance on a brand new trail project in Cincinnati’s East Westwood neighborhood. Volunteers will assist with honeysuckle removal, trail grading, and cleaning up the future trailhead area. Please dress for outdoor labor. Closed-toe shoes are required. We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle.

Do you believe in ghosts...? Join us for a spooky tour in Northern Kentucky on October 14! We'll learn more about Covington's Civil War history over a 90-minute tour, walking about 1 mile. Meet at the Gruff at 12:30pm for a 1:00pm sharp start. Afterwards, we'll meet at a local bar for happy hour, first drink on us! 12:30pm: registration 1pm-2:30pm: tour 2:30pm-4pm: after party Spots are limited for this event.

PILATES IN THE PARK
Give Back Cincinnati is partnering with The Breathing Room, a local O'bryonville pilates studio to bring you pilates in the park. Bring a mat or a towel, water and sunscreen and your fav workout buddy. After we get in a good sweat sesh we will head to Bean & Barley for an after party, first drink on us! Check in: 1:30-2, Pilates: 2-3, Afterparty: 3-4 at Bean and Barley right across the street from the park.
Plenty of street parking.

Don't Rock the Boat is back! Give Back Cincinnati will be cleaning up the waterway along Winton Lake at Winton Woods Park. Volunteers will form small groups (3-4 people) that will take row boats out into the lake to pick up litter in the water and along the shore. Event Agenda: - 8:30am - 9:00am: Check-in and registration at table near the boathouse. - 9:00am - 11:30am: Event kickoff and cleaning up trash in and around Winton Lake. - 11:30am - 12:00pm: Return to dock. Event Wrap-up. - 12:00pm - 1:00pm: After party All clean-up supplies, boats, oars, and life vests will be provided to volunteers. Parking: Winton Woods is providing free parking for all volunteers. Please inform the employee working at the welcome booth that you're there to volunteer at the Don't Rock the Boat event, and they will let you in for no charge. You may park anywhere near the harbor. Quick tips: - All volunteers must be 18+ - Closed-toe shoes are required - We recommend pants and long-sleeved shirts to protect against sun and poison ivy - Apply sunscreen and bug spray - In the unlikely event that you end up in the water, we recommend that you come dressed in clothes you won't mind getting wet and that you lock valuables like your phone, wallet, purse, etc. in your car. - Remember to stay hydrated throughout the day! We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. A water fountain is available at the Harbor Snack Bar a short distance from the boat house. - Restrooms are available at the Harbor Snack Bar. Come play your favorite field day and playground games at Kids Olympics with the children of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati.
