Founding Partner Mike Bidart was featured in a Los Angeles Times article on the reenactment of a landmark 1944 case that let Mexicans use a public swimming pool in San Bernardino. Mr. Bidart filled in the role of lawyer David C. Marcus who successfully argued that the city policy that Mexicans were “too dirty” to use the facilities amounted to discrimination.
