In observance of Independence Day, Regan Landscape will be closed all day on Thursday, July 4th, and all day on Friday, July 5th. Field work will also be paused during this time, so our team can enjoy some well deserved time with friends and family.

We’ll reopen our offices and resume field work on Monday, July 8th.

Two beautiful hand-built pergolas are now installed, grass is coming along nicely and this project is now complete. Homeowner is thrilled and left us a glowing review and for that we're terrifically appreciative! 😊

💥 Residential Transformation - Post #7 - Island Bed / Planter boxes / Finishing Landscaping touches 🏡

Landscaping aspects of the project are now complete. Built out a ringed island bed using Avignon edging on the inner portion and aluminum edging on the outside. Created two planter boxes in the rear corners of the property - and mulched and seeded the property as well.

Next week will see the start of construction for two pergolas over the grilling station and the main patio area.

Who knew concrete could be so beautiful? Our client chose the seamless ashler slate stamp, accentuated by antique cork coloring, with a chocolate overlay antique finish. Sealed to perfection!

The aluminum fence is now installed and site work continues with dozens of yards of soil having been brought in, along with the first of our client's plantings.

Our client chose an attractive horizontal board pattern, with (2) built in 12' x 3' planters for the majority of their fence. The next portion of fencing will be streetside, black aluminum, with a built-in gate.

Though the weather hasn't been terrifically cooperative to start the season, it sure does feel good to be back out there, doing our thing.

Here we go!

We've been slowly rolling into our seasonal launch as the weather allows, but at the risk of jinxing it, we're hereby officially declaring the Spring kickoff to have arrived!

Training and safety day was yesterday and today was Let's Go Day!

Looking outside right now, it seems like Winter isn't done with us yet. ❄🌬🌨

But we're getting there, Spring is creeping closer, and your Regan Team has been taking advantage of the recent nicer weather to get ready for the season.

Spring '24 kicks off in the next several days and we're hitting the ground running! Trucks and trailers are getting changed over, equipment is being serviced and training and coaching are a huge focus.

We schedule work in the order in which it's contracted - so if you've already signed for your maintenance services, then we'll see you soon. If not, there's no better time than *right now* to get your service package setup.

Regan Landscape is proud to announce the addition of our new Operations Manager, Dave Lotz! Dave is the second member of our expanded Operations management team, and we couldn’t be more pleased to welcome him aboard.

Regan Landscape is growing and the talented individuals we’re bringing onboard are keenly focused on coaching, nurturing, and supporting our field teams – so they can continue to deliver industry leading quality and excellent customer service to you, our clients.

Dave brings years of experience in the trades and small business, dating back to the start of his career and involvement in his father’s family run business.

He has experience in a variety of green industries including ponds, water features and landscaping maintenance and construction. Backgrounds include installation, management of field teams, front office and customer service. He highly enjoys leading and guiding teams to be efficient, safe, and productive. Dave believes in a people first focus and in mentorship, development and open and honest communication.

Outside of Regan he works part time on a tour boat in the Buffalo area and volunteers on another vessel for individuals with special needs and veterans. He also is heavily involved with the Boy Scouts. During his free time Dave enjoys time with his family and dogs as well as outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, hunting, and boating.

We're thrilled to add someone of his caliber to head our Operations division, as we continue to work towards achieving our goal of becoming the undisputed leader in landscape design, construction and maintenance in the Western New York area.

Joe is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the landscape industry. He has a deep understanding of strategy, operations, and business development and successfully navigated the complexities of the field, consistently driving growth and efficiency. Additionally, his expertise extends to real estate and development, where he has demonstrated a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on lucrative opportunities.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Joe is a dedicated family man, balancing his passion for his career with a commitment to his loved ones. As the new Director of Operations, Joe brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record to lead and optimize operational excellence.

Teams are fully dispatched and given the forecast we expect to stay dispatched for the better part of the next 72 hours. Worst hit areas are receiving up to 3-5 inches *per hour* and as great as our team is, that rate of snow is impossible for anyone to keep up with.

Driving bans continue to evolve, and we are working around those as best as able. We expect more bans as the band moves North through the day, and then back South again later tonight.

So, Mother Nature clearly seems intent on making up for the grace she showed us earlier this Winter!

This next batch of snow looks to be maliciously targeted to come at the worst possible time of day (8:00am to 5:00pm) - and is forecast to hit at that time on *both* Wednesday and Thursday.

Travel ban remains in effect.

Once lifted, we'll need time to get our crews to the yard and then dispatched. Remember that plow crews are dispatched separately from shovel crews and will be around at separate times.

We'll continue to stand by and monitor updates from the county. As soon as it's go time, we're going!

Tonight's full travel ban means our crews will not be able to be dispatched during the overnight hours. The ban is set to be re-assessed at 6:00am Sunday. Your entire Regan team is ready to go and will be out to service you as soon as we are safely and legally able to do so.

Looks like Winter is finally coming!

Your Regan team will be out all weekend, continuing to make the rounds throughout the entirety of the storm. If the forecast holds true, we'd ask for patience in what are looking to be very challenging conditions. It's likely that your freshly plowed lot or driveway could be completely covered again shortly after we leave.

But like the Energizer Bunny, we'll keep going, and going, and going and going - until the job is done! 🌨❄️☃️
