It's been a minute since we've been able to procure that local, pastured pork but Mike and the savages graciously delivered us a half this week. I broke it down right away into tomahawk chops, pork porterhouses, a belly for porchetta, a shoulder I'm reserving for Oktoberfesty things, a ham we brown sugar-cured and this here Portuguese style chorizo inspired by whatever delightful chorizo .travels and treated us to last Sunday. We'll check in a month and see how they are, hopefully, rich, buttery, garlicky and smoky! Thanks Mike for the HAWG!!!

Another beautiful day hanging out with Prometheus we are so honored to be able to do so much catering out here at this beautiful location, such gracious clients and the Kelkenbergs are spectacular hosts!

Brunch is on 11-2 SATURDAY!!! The cocktails are delish and the food ain't bad neither. I'll be here bright and early making the giant cinnamon buns! You comin'?!?!
