Our Story
Brennan’s Bowery Bar and Restaurant was established in 1888 in New York City. Brennan’s is an Irish Restaurant bringing The Old Irish Tradition to the Williamsville and Buffalo, NY area. We have classic pub food, popular local favorites, great service, and an atmosphere that can’t be matched elsewhere. We offer a large bar which is a perfect gathering spot for family and friends. Also, our sister brewery, Thin Man has a taproom located within the restaurant in the former banquet area. The Thin Man Transit Tap Room gives you a taste of the Elmwood vibe conveniently located in the suburbs. The Shatzel Family has been proud to host you for 50 years, seamlessly blending Old World styling with Western New York traditions, and cutting edge locally brewed beer.
