The 2024 Forbes ranking of America's Top Wealth Management Teams Best-In-State, developed by SHOOK Research, is based on an algorithm of qualitative criteria, mostly gained through telephone and in-person due diligence interviews, and quantitative data. This ranking is based upon the period from 3/31/2022 to 3/31/2023 and was released on 01/09/2024. Advisor teams that are considered must have one advisor with a minimum of seven years of experience, have been in existence as a team for at least one year, have at least 5 team members, and have been nominated by their firm. The algorithm weights factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience and those that encompass best practices in their practices and approach to working with clients. Portfolio performance is not a criteria due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. Out of approximately 10,100 team nominations, 4,100 advisor teams received the award based on thresholds. Effective today, Monday March 23, our branch personnel will be working from home. If you need to physically mail us something, please send it to our regular address, as we will check the mail daily. In short, our systems, technology, process, and teamwork are all functioning as usual, we are just working remotely from our homes.

We are living in a strange, and in some ways scary time, but we are confident it will pass and we will return to normalcy. While no one can anticipate a coronavirus outbreak, we can proactively plan for market volatility through our conversations with you and by continuously evaluating your investments to ensure that they are aligned with your financial goals. The stock market hit a record high just a few short weeks ago, and although the market is currently going through a period of volatility, we are confident that we will recover and life will go back to normal.

Until then, I want to let you know about a few things we can do to help you take care of your business without having to leave your home.

1. Online Access – Our Client Access platform allows you to:
• View your account information
• Transfer funds to/from your bank
• Deposit checks through our Raymond James Client Access Mobile App
• View and download statements and tax documents
2. Zoom Meetings – We can conduct a meeting with you via computer conference at your request using Zoom Meetings. We will send an e-mail with the information prior to the start of the meeting.
3. Electronic signature - If we need your signature we can accomplish this securely using DocuSign via e-mail and text.

To set up your online access, go to evanspeay.com. Hover over the "Client Access" tab and select "Enroll". You will be instructed to enter personal information and create a password. Alternatively, you can call us and we will send you an e-mail to get you started.
