Provider Shout-Out !!
We would like to take a moment to spotlight one of our Mid-Cumberland Early Childhood Professionals!!
Over the course of 8 weeks, Miss Kaitlyn at New Adventures Academy in Dickson TN, has been working one on one with her Early Childhood Quality Coach, Ms. Bethany and her Health, Safety and Well-being Coach, Ms.Liz .
Ms. Kaitlyn has been working on classroom and behavior management techniques with her preschool classroom. At the end of her coaching sessions, she achieved over 25 hours of DHS-approved trainings and assistance!
Miss Kaitlyn's hard work and determination has really shown as she went above and beyond to implement the strategies she has learned throughout her coaching sessions!
We look forward to continuing this journey with you.
