Are you 55+ and seeking an opportunity to serve the community? CMCCAA has two AmeriCorps Seniors volunteer programs, the Foster Grandparent Program (FGP) and the Retired and Senior Volunteers Program (RSVP)
Foster Grandparents (FGPs) receive a stipend, mileage, training, meals, recognition and more. FGPs support young children in a classroom, daycare, or Head Start center.
Retired and Senior Volunteers (RSVPs) serve at various nonprofits and organizations in the area. These include Loaves & Fishes, Clarksville 50+ Center, the Montgomery County Foster Care Review Board, the Old Firehouse Day Shelter, and many others. RSVPs receive mileage reimbursement, recognition, and training.

Hey friends! We continue to seek help from our community as we help out tornado survivors. We will be going up to Clarksville this Saturday to board up a home that keeps getting looted. We'll also mow the lawn and chainsaw some trees while we're there.

We are providing energy assistance for those who have not received assistance since October 1, 2023. We need your help to reach our neighbors who are CEMC Montgomery County residents. This is an underserved area of our community. Please help us spread the word. You can apply as CDE and Clarksville Gas and Water customers too. Approved applications will receive between $600 - $1,000 payment directly to the energy account. We do not encourage you to wait until your bill is past due, applications can take several weeks to process. FREE FOOD GIVEAWAY! Saturday, May 18 at Spring Creek Baptist Church. In order to effectively meet the growing needs of our community Manna Cafe will be observing new procedures at our mobile pantries. You must be present to receive a food distribution.(You will not be able to pick up for friends and family members.) You must provide a photo ID. Only one box per address. Registration begins at 8:30 am and food distribution begins at 10:00 am and lasts until we run out of food.
Mobile pantries are an extra opportunity to receive food. Manna Cafe offers food distribution Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 am until 4 pm at our 605 Providence Blvd. location.
