16 students win awards for their energy-efficient solutions in first Nyrstar Challenge | ClarksvilleNow.com Sixteen students from four schools recently won awards in the Nyrstar Challenge, earning a total of $7,500 in scholarship money.

Congratulations to 2 of our STEM seniors, Lena Young and Behnjamin Barlow, for winning 1st place out of 16 teams in the Nyrstar Competition!

Kenwood's Jaylen Washington is named 2021 Leaf-Chronicle All Area football player of the year Jaylen Washington led Kenwood to its first ever Class 5A state playoff appearance after throwing for 1,600 yards and running for more than 400.
