This year’s Ohio Burlesque Festival was incredibly challenging, there was so many new experiences that came to me as a producer but also incredible reminders that my team is incredible from both the OBF staff to The Beachland Ballroom and Tavern

The sheer amount of work that goes into this weekend is not perfect, but that’s not what we want …we want consistency that is key for a smooth running production.

The last weeks have been incredibly stressful even after the F1 category tornado that hit our city and the massive lost of power we pushed thru in a manner that could have only had been done by a team with a partnership that puts forth the labor to make it happen!

From my husband and kids to my immediate family, The Beachland Staff, our board of directors and the army of volunteers as well as our sponsors, partners, vendors, performers, headliners, features, audiances, photographers, videographer, bar staff, door, kitchen staff, bookers, house mom, accessible liaison, emergency personnel, The city of Cleveland and yes even our hosts made sure this happened.

We made so much happen and it was thanks to every single one of you ❤️

The amount of talent this evenings was incredible, they came here to Cleveland just for us from all over the world…..❤️

Finally (lol) all tho festival is done work is not over so our staff continues to work on post fest production.

We don’t stop til is done ☑️

Again diversity. equity and inclusion are not hard to achieve in this field of burlesque and other arts 🎭
