My purpose is to help anyone who wants to make a positive change in their life reach their goals Physical exercise is the initial, larger earthquake.

What does it mean when someone calls something. boring? Is it bad? Is it good? This came up in a conversation I was having over the weekend. A typical weekend for me consists of time at the gym training clients, a lot of running, and my own time weight training in the gym. To a lot of people I’m sure that sounds boring but to me it’s the complete opposite. It’s essential for my physical and mental health. It’s time to escape, to think, to help others, and to do something that I enjoy, to have fun.

So is that boring? Maybe to some. Does that bother me? Absolutely not. I wouldn’t want it any other way. Boredom is relative. It doesn’t matter if others find what you do boring if you find it enjoyable.

The point of all of this is to say that you need to do what you want to do. What you enjoy. What lights your fire 🔥 your life is yours and no one else’s. You only get one shot at life so follow your passions, chase your dreams, and don’t let anything get in your way.

Get UNCOMFORTABLE

A weekend of challenges, triumphs, pain, suffering, personal records, and a whole lot of fun. This past weekend was just another example of a few things. First, the people who you surround yourself with really dictates the direction of your life. Find people who challenge you to be better. Find people who want to see you succeed in every aspect of your life.

Second, we say it all the time but getting uncomfortable can truly change your life. Nothing about running through the woods and climbing hills for 10 hours in 95 degree heat is comfortable. But that’s not what it’s about, it’s about pushing yourself past your perceived limits and showing yourself that you are capable than so much more than you realize. Keep getting uncomfortable, keep doing hard things, and watch your life change in a positive way.

Now the real fun begins. You know we’re not stopping anytime soon! Stay tuned to see what awaits in September 👀
