Clovis Unified is using an online system for completing yearly forms (e.g., contact emergency card information, phone numbers, address, student release form, zero tolerance form, etc.). Parents have received an email with instructions and can access the forms through Parent Connection using their PIN and password.

Updating the annual forms is mandatory and need to be completed by parents or legal guardians by Aug. 9. Students will not receive their schedule or teacher assignments until the forms are completed.

Clovis Unified is providing access to computers, if needed, at the Technology Service Center (1670 David E. Cook Way) and at school sites during regular business hours. If you have questions about the process, please contact our Parent Connection help desk at 327-0789 (Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or your student’s school.

Today is the day! Please log into your Parent Connect and update all enrollment information for the 2024/25 school year. This includes TK and K parents. School starts soon and we want to ensure we have all important information up to date! Let’s go Blue Jays!!!

ANNUAL INFORMATION UPDATE
The Clovis Unified Student Annual Information Update begins July 22. Clovis Unified will be using an online system for completing the yearly forms (e.g., emergency card and phone numbers, address, student release form, zero tolerance form, etc.). Last year, we had over 99% of our parents successfully complete the process. Parents will access the forms through Parent Connection using their PIN and password.

Our 2023-2024 yearbook was dedicated to Mr. Francisco Gutierrez, “Mr. G.” Mr. G loves every kiddo at Jefferson, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. There weren’t many dry eyes in the house today when his name was announced. The students cheered and clapped as highlights, pictures, and memories were shared to recognize Mr. G’s time at Jefferson. He greets every family with a smile and is always there to sit with a kiddo in need. Students are often looking for him during school and dropping by the pantry after school to grab needed items for their families. The students take pride in Jefferson’s food pantry, and that is because of the community Mr. G has created. Your shoes will be hard to fill Mr. G, and we hope you come back to visit us often. Once a Blue Jay, always a Blue Jay. Congratulations!!

Jefferson had a really special guest yesterday, the 2024 Clovis Rodeo Queen Miss. Rachel Lancaster! Rachel came and read to our primary kiddos and helped share the love and history of the rodeo!
