Philadelphia’s former industrial corridor gets a major upgrade with the development of the former Frankford Chocolate Factory site. The project will include 256 apartments on the upper floors, while the ground floor will have two sizable retail spaces with commercial tenants, CVS drugstore and Aldi supermarket. The basement will be all parking, with a total of 120 spots.

The 918 Delaware Ave, Philadelphia, PA: We are prepping the site for pile cap construction, great beam footings, and digging for obstructions in locations for pile caps. In the coming days we will begin drilling piles on site.
