Multiple Positions: Skilled Laborer/Craftsperson/Ironworker

Responsibilities & Duties:

Climb to heights and conduct work with proper safety restraints
Lift heavy loads up to 100 lbs. and navigate construction job site terrain
Dig pits, trenches and foundations in preparation for job site construction
Operate some heavy machinery and construction vehicles
Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site
Back-fill trenches and pits when necessary
Provide labor support as needed for specialty crew
Perform general maintenance of construction equipment and vehicles
Qualifications and Skills:

Reliable Transportation – required
Willing to travel up to (1) hour from our base location (Coatesville, PA) - required
Valid Driver’s License – required
Valid CDL - preferred
Ability to pass a background check -required
Ability to pass a drug test - required
Ability to pass a physical - required
High school diploma/GED - preferred
2+ years’ construction industry experience – required
Experience in concrete - preferred
Experience in carpentry - preferred
Experience in equipment operation - preferred
Experience in iron work and rigging – preferred
Experience using small tools (grinders, saws, drills, etc.) - required
Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures - required
Comfort working in a high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations - required
Availability:

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK:

Overtime
Weekends
Holidays
Any Shift
