They can reduce stress and help our bodies function better. A lot of them will help balance hormones.

In balancing hormones you will be addressing behaviors that are not as desirable in our children. You will find that one essential oil can address a multitude of emotions and problems. Below are some categories and ideas of essential oils that you can use with your children to help them be successful at school and with their emotions!

Frankincense it touted as the king of essential oils and Lavender the queen... so these are always good choices. Peppermint can be too stimulating for some children. So keep this in mind when you are find the perfect essential oils for your children and their routine. Essential oils derived from flowers are calming.
