Our Philosophy: Volleyball is a complex sport. We believe that sports must be structured to achieve general and specific goals within a predetermined period. To be successful at the game of volleyball, a coach must master the sports fundamentals, it’s tactics, provide the right amount of psychological stimuli, and possess the ability to deliver goal-driven practices. Our training philosophy equips coaches to fulfill athlete’s expectations while safely challenging their physical abilities and volleyball skills. The CVT program develops pinpointed training , respecting age groups and levels, which facilitates the athlete’s learning process. STAY TUNED.
