Nirvana Float is a state of the art facility created to help bring the human body back to its most connected state with itself.

Well, those parents (and teachers and coaches) weren't wrong. Applying a cold compress can reduce inflammation, which is often the cause of the pain.
And now that you're a grown up (and literally your whole body hurts all the time), you can take it to the next level. Instead of putting a frozen sponge on your shoulder, dip your whole body into our cold plunge. It puts that ice pack to shame, and your body will thank you!

Here's a helpful tip to enhance your next float session:
🌊 Visualize gentle waves cascading over you, starting from your head and flowing down to your toes.
🌊 Envision each wave carrying away any tension you're holding onto, beginning with your forehead and face, and gradually moving through each part of your body.
🌊 Once you reach your toes, allow the following waves to sweep away your thoughts, worries, fears, or to-do lists for a moment of complete tranquility. You can always retrieve them later!

We know that it can cause angst during a float if you're not sure when you're supposed to get out. But we make it easy! You'll know your session time is up because a voice recording will play.
While you're floating, try to just forget about time. It's a rare treat to get to do so, and we'll let you know if you happen to fall asleep. (It happens sometimes, and that's awesome!)

Of course, if you have favorite personal care products you'd like to use after your float, feel free to bring those, but we try to make it as easy as possible for you.

While we rarely look forward to tending to chores, it can be a great part of your wellness routine. If you struggle to find time for physical movement or to make it to the gym, add a little "extra" to your cleaning routine. Try some of these, and tell us if you have other moves you incorporate!
💪 Flex your muscles as you vacuum. Imagine that the vacuum weighs 500 pounds, and it takes all of your strength to move it!
🍑 Add squats or take a "chair pose" any time you have to bend over to pick something up.
🍽 Try balancing poses while you wait for the sink to fill up so you can wash dishes or fill a bucket.

Our tanks are filled with approximately 10 inches of water saturated with a significant amount of Epsom salt (1,000 pounds!), creating a dense solution that easily supports your body.
