We enjoyed a day trip to the Butterfly Pavilion in Westminster, Colorado. Thank you, Cassie, for assisting me with the trip. Thank you to the dining services crew for the delicious picnic lunch. We made our annual trip for Memorial Day remembrance deliveries. It's a labor of love....💐2024

We decided to make cookies for the Fire Stations , as a small way to say thank you for all they do in our community. Layna, Faye and Alice did all the baking, packing and preparing. Residents , Layna and I, got together and made the deliveries that afternoon. We visited 5 Stations. They were so happy to get the treats and it made our hearts happy to do it ❣️ Thank you to all involved. ☺️April 2024

Awe....look at these cute newborn bunnies. Residents spotted them but didn't go near them at first. They kept an eye on them for a few days and their mother never returned. We have a staff member who has a farm and she took them home to take care of them. Thank you, Victor and Heidi, for the photos and the watchful eyes. We had a beautiful luncheon to celebrate the wonderful volunteers at MSH. We are incredibly blessed by each one of you. We hope that your event made you feel as special as you are to us. MSH Community Holiday Meal ~December 2023

On this Veterans Day, I wish to recognize and acknowledge your sacrifices and hold you up from anything that might break you down. The scars you bear on the inside and on the outside, are too real for those of us who have never served to totally understand but we should never forget that you have them. May you feel the gratitude of a grateful nation. May all of the experiences that you carry, the pain of what you felt, what you saw and what you had to do, not be what defines you but may you dwell instead on the the honor and pride of it all, the humble grace of knowing that your country needed you and you answered the call. Thank you to my family members that serve and have served, and to my Myron Stratton Home family members that are Veterans. Included in my gratitude are those I don't know but who fought for me anyway ....you have my lifelong gratitude, praise and love❣️

We celebrated National Assisted Living Week with a Family Social at Winfield House. It was so nice to be able to gather together again. We had our last Family Social in 2019....then COVID hit and we couldn't gather like this. We had a beautiful turn out, sons, daughters, grandchildren, etc. Things like this mean so much to your loved ones, thank you to everyone involved in making this a blessed success. I made a centerpiece for a drawing and one of our family members won it. Fun evening....9/12/23
