Calculate your A/R turnover ratio. Develop a tactic to collect A/R quicker. Shaving off just a few days can result in significant increases in working capital.
I've listed one tactic belowโฌ

Price Engineering. Quit offering discounts for clients to pay in 10 days. This erodes your margins at a time when costs are increasing across the board. ๐๐ก๐ฆ๐ง๐๐๐, consider raising the price of your signature product/service by 10%. This is the NEW price for normal terms (30 days). BUT, offer the old price if paid upfront.
If you are going to finance clients like a bank, get paid like a bank!
