Breaking State News: The Missouri Supreme Court has reversed the decision of a lower court to decertify Amendment 3’s appearance on the November 5th ballot.
Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft had previously certified the amendment before later decertifying the ballot initiative after the lower court ruling.
If passed, Amendment 3 would establish the constitutional right for abortion up to fetal viability, reproductive healthcare, and repeal Missouri’s abortion ban.
