Class was cancelled to today so the next best thing to working out is cooking! Got an early start and made :

-organic short, grain, brown rice, lightly fried with onions and garlic,
-sesame and garlic, sautéed spinach
-red, yellow, orange peppers with onion, garlic, and jalapeño
-air fried chicken wings with sodium free seasonings
